NEW PRIMITIVE PRODUCTS ON THE WAY!

Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a good weekend. I’ve been busy the last couple weeks filling orders, and taking custom orders. I'm working on some new Products to be added to the site soon. What to expect:
  • Primitive Canister Set
  • Primitive Crock/Utensil Holder(OOAK)
  • Primitive Sign
  • Primitive Cream & Sugar Set(OOAK)
  • Country Utensil Holder
  • Country Napkin Holder
  • Country Refrigerator Magnets

If your interested in any of these items, please check back. Now for the personal stuff. My husband and I have been working on the outside of our home on the weekends, for the last month. We’ve got the outside of the house repainted/stained. There is a couple more things to do with it, but for the most part it’s done. Boy does it look different! Doesn’t even look like the same place. I will get pictures up when the flower beds are in. We pressure washed our deck, and re-stained it, so it looks good now. I planted somewhat of a garden. With as busy as we’ve been it’s not much of one, just a few vegetables is all. When we purchased the home there were no flower beds here what so ever, so were going to be adding those, but probably won’t be adding any flowers till next year. The front yard contains a sloping rock wall, that just looks horrible. My husband started on the re-sloping so we would have more of a front yard, but there’s still a lot more to do to that so we will be working on that this weekend. Most of you know my father passed away a few weeks ago. This fathers day was pretty tough for all of us. We sure miss him! Have a great week everyone! ~Jody~

NEW PRODUCT OPTIONS AVAILABLE

As of today, I’m offering additional options to most of my products in the Primitive & Country category. New options available:

  • Distressed Color Option= The product is painted in a solid color with the edges lightly sanded to make the product look aged and prim.
  • Crackled Color Option= The product is painted in a crackled manner, so the paint looks old and cracked.
  • There are several color options available with both the distressed or crackled options.
  • Custom Color= A custom color of your choice to match your décor.
  • Custom Design Option= A custom design of your choice, wether it's a design on my site, or one that you like or have seen.
  • Animal Option= Design is available with or without sheep or cows, you choose.
  • American Flag Option= Order some of the products with or without the American Flag.

If you have any questions, please don‘t hesitate to contact me. I've also moved a few of my primitive products over to One of A Kinds. These items are being discontinued. Have a Great Weekend Everyone! ~Jody~

INTRODUCTION VIDEO

Well it's finally here! The long awaited introduction video I made & mentioned last year. Wow, I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally get it up & running. Ok, I recorded this myself with my digital camera sitting on my tripod, so don't expect it to be perfect. lol :) I'm very camera shy. I don't like being recorded, but I wanted to introduce myself to you so you could see who your doing business with, where I do my work, and to introduce some of my products, & the incentive programs I offer when purchasing from my store. ~Jody~

JUNE 5, 2009

Hello and Happy Friday Everyone! The last time I blogged, it was about my father passing. We're all doing ok so far. It's been a couple of rough weeks but were managing ok. We've been helping our mother get through the tough times, and she's handling it as well as can be expected. Before the passing of my father, I had been working on some new products that I just added today. I also did a custom order for Linda in PA. Thank you Linda! Here is a photo of what I made for her. It is a Primitive Mail Holder/Letter Organizer with cows instead of sheep.
If you would like a mail holder just like this one, click the photo to take you to it, item #167. Just select cows when ordering. I also went to our local antique store and found some really neat items, that I'm going to be painting and adding to the site soon. I am also working on adding some other item's real soon as well, so check back if you'd like to see those. Have a great weekend everyone! ~Jody~
