Primitive Kitchen Canisters - Ceramic & Wood

Hi everyone! 

I've received several emails about my Primitive Kitchen Canisters and whether or not I'm going to be making anymore of them or not.

So I thought I'd write a post to answer your questions.

The answer is YES :)  I will be making more of these in ceramic. But, it will be at least another month before I start making them. I need to get my garage cleaned up and organized but, it's just to cold out there right now. As soon as it has warmed up some I will get that done so I can start making them again. When I start making them I will let you know here on my blog.

 As for the primitive wooden canisters, I'm not sure whether or not we will be able to make more of those yet or not. The reason being is, last I heard we couldn't purchase the removable rubber containers for the inside of them anymore. But I have to do some looking into this to see if we can find something that we can put inside of those that will work so their food safe.

Primitive Ceramic Canisters

Hello everyone!  Hope you all had a good week!  My weeks been good too!  I've been pretty busy around here.  Finished painting my first set of New Primitive Ceramic Canisters!  And they are awesome!  You will love these! They turned out sooooooo cute!  They've been painted a crackled trail tan over black, and each one has its own scene, primitive star edges, and painted lids with twiggy vine, leaves, and red & mustard pip berries.  Each one has its own saying "Live Well", "Laugh Often", "Love Much", "Live Simply".   They've been antiqued and distressed for that nice prim look.  I offer alot of customization on these, so they can be painted to match your existing decor.  I'm also offering these as a set of 3 or 4.  They have been glazed on the inside and are food safe!  The lids have silicone rubber seals to keep food fresh!    I'm already painting matching kitchen accessories to go with these & another Ceramic Canister Set so stay tuned for those!  You can find them on my site here.

Primitive Kitchen Canister Set #4 Item# 159

We've decided to go ahead and make the Primitive Kitchen Canister Sets, that so many of you have inquired about.  They will be identical to Item# 159, with the exception of the knob & size, we will be purchasing the black knobs instead of making them.  The sizes may be a little different then the others, when we have the measurments I will post them to the site.  They will all be lined with rubber maid.  You will have the option of purchasing them with the design I painted on them prior or, you may choose a design of your choice.  The price of these will be a little higher, due to us having to make them ourselves, but at least they will be new, not used.  I can take orders for these now, but we won't start production until January 1st.  I've moved the Canister Sets to the Primitive Categorie.
