Hello Friends! Most of you have already seen this on Facebook, but when I posted it, I realized I left something off of it, and it wasn't assembled, so that's why I'm re posting it. Yesterday on my blog I promised to show you the painting that I've been working on in between hand painted orders off of my website. This is a custom order that I did for a sweet lady in Canada. Thank you Traci for having me paint this for you! I hope you enjoy displaying this in your home! Traci isn't going to use this as a Fireplace Screen. She is putting it under a sofa table to hide cords behind it. Clever lady! This took quite a while to design and paint mostly because of the colors that were used. I didn't have a pattern to use just a photo. The first side can be used everyday, and was based off a Kim Klassen design.
The second side will be used during the winter months, and was based off of a Lynn Andrews design.
I'm not going to be offering this Fireplace Screen on my website, due to the time it takes to complete it. If your really interested in having it, you can contact me. Today I started painting a Sewing Basket lid. It should only take me a day or two to complete it. I will show you that when I get it done as well. I hope you all are having a wonderful day! ~Jody~
