Primitive Kitchen Canisters - NEW

Hi everyone! Today I thought I'd do a post about the new Primitive Kitchen Canisters I'm making, and show you some close up photos of these so you can see how awesome they look.

This is the set of 3 Front View.

Inside the canisters.

These primitive ceramic canisters were made by me using a slip casting process. I've painted the designs in lead free ceramic paints and then glazed the inside with a solid Mocha. The outside has been glazed in a Mocha Crackle glaze. The lid handles are glazed in a glossy black glaze. Then they've been put back into the kiln and refired, which I also do myself. So you're getting these really cute handmade, primitive ceramic canisters that have been made by me from start to finish. Plus I also make other coordinating pieces to go with them. So there's a whole matching set for your kitchen!
The set includes the following:
Primitive
Canisters
Utensil Holder
Grease Pot
Spoon Rest
Sponge Holder
Napkin Holder
Cream & Sugar Set
Soap Dispenser
Grease Pot/Compost Pot

One thing I've noticed about the photo is the Canisters, Sponge Holder, Spoon Rest, and Salt & Pepper Shakers look lighter in color then the rest of the items.
That's not true. They are all the same color. It's the photo playing tricks on us!  Maybe it's the lighting causing problems? Anyhow the true color of everything is more like the Cream & Sugar Set. A true Mocha color.
Not shown in the photo that will go with this collection is a Butter Dish, Soap Dispenser & Napkin Holder. I'm working on these items right now.

Now let's talk about your customization options that are available with this set.

1). Don't like the crackle glaze on the outside? No problem we can put a solid Mocha glaze on them instead.

2.) Don't like all the stars? No problem I can leave those off.

3). Don't like the sheep? No problem we can leave those off as well.

4). Don't like the twiggy vines, leaves, and pip berries? We can leave those off as well.

5). There are several wording options available with this set as well.
Flour Sugar Coffee
Faith Family Friends
Live Laugh Love
Live Well, Laugh Often, Live Simply
Home Sweet Home

6). These are also available as a set of 4.

7). Have a customization of your own? No problem, feel free to email me or call me to discuss your ideas or wants.

By now you get the idea as to what customization we offer.

Right now these are MADE TO ORDER. If you want a set it usually takes me a couple of weeks to get them done if I don't have any other orders. You can find these at my Etsy store here.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Thanks for stopping by today!

My New Stoneware Collection With Photos!

Hi everyone, The day has finally arrived!
My new Primitive Stoneware Collection is in my Etsy store! I can't begin to tell you how excited I am. This has been in the works for quit a while.
I had so much fun making and painting this collection.

I hope you like them as much as I do, they turned out beautiful!

All of these have been painted in ceramic paints. Glazed on the outside in a Mocha Crackle glaze, and a solid Mocha glaze on the inside, so they all coordinate. These are all food safe as I only use lead free ceramic paints & glazes.
I will also be adding a Butter Dish, Soap Dispenser and Napkin Holder to this collection. If you'd like to see these close up you can see really good photos at my Etsy store here.

In this collection you'll find;
Primitive Canister Set in 3 or 4
Primitive Grease Pot or Compost Pot
Primitive Salt & Pepper Shaker Set
Primitive Cream & Sugar Set
Primitive Spoon Rest
Primitive Utensil Holder
Primitive Wax Warmer not shown but listed in my Etsy store.
(IN THE WORKS RIGHT NOW)
Primitive Butter Dish
Primitive Sponge Holder
Primitive Soap Dispenser

If you have any questions about my ceramics please feel free to email or call me.

I'm going to be making other matching collections as well. This is just the start of what I'll be offering.

On another note, I'd like to wish all of the Fathers out there a Happy Father's day! My dad passed away several years ago and we miss him so much!
Happy Father's Day Dad!

Thank you all for stopping by today!
